Teringin nak tahu, runners selalu makan apa

Macam saya sendiri, sejak workout >50km a week, mesti kena amik nasi berlauk 2 kali sehari. Jenis yang tak lalu nak makan oat atau meal replacement.

Tapi kopak duit, kadang2 kena spent lebih RM20 untuk makan sehari 😂kalau tak makan, lapar sangat sangat
