Nak dapatkan tips utk berlari di bukit/elevation dan maintain pace.

Eg, 10km flat surface sy boleh sub 1hr.

Upcoming race sy route yg berbukit so nak maintain sub 1hr or even improve for 10k race..

Patut tak sy tekan pace utk flat surface and slow pace dekat bukit?
