MAF ni salah satu cara training dlm byk2 jenis training yg ada. All aerobic run folo MAF HR.

Macam mana training dgn MAF ni?

1st kena tahu dulu MAF HR kita. Boleh guna rumus ni utk kira:
=180 tolak umur

Bila dah tau kena access history kita plak sama ada MAF HR kena adjust atau tak. Boleh rujuk gmbar kat bawah.

Jadi katakan anda umur 30 tahun dan baru mula balik training atau jenis tak konsisten training.

1) MAF = 180 - 30 = 150 bpm
2) Based on condition, anda dlm kategori (b), maka kena tolak 5 drpd MAF HR.

Hasilnya, MAF HR sekarang ialah 150 - 5 = 145 bpm.

Drpd contoh tadi, MAF HR = 145bpm.

Jadi utk ke semua aerobic run anda, pastikan tidak melebihi 145. Jika buat base training yg mana kebanyakan run adalah easy, boleh guna MAF HR sebagai speed limit indicator.

Untuk long run juga boleh.

Tadi aku ada mentioned psl MAF measure aerobic fitness kan? so dgn MAF kita boleh tau yg training kita folo/buat tu mmberi kesan positif atau tak.

Yg ni dia panggil MAF Test. Simple saja test ni. Total 3 - 5 miles in distance. Better buat atas trek.

Mcm mana nak buat??

1) Macam biasa kena warm up 10-15min and strecthing
2) ensure set auto lap ke 1.6km (1mile)
3) Then start lari, bila lari ni kita bukan lari dari slow pace then makin laju. Tapi kita kena lari laju sampai la HR sampai MAF HR. Bila dah sampai kita control pace so that tak lajak HR

Cukup 3-5 batu stop then cool down. Take note pace setiap 1.6km.

Ulang semula dlm bberapa minggu utk lihat training progress. Dalam hal ni..
