1) Macam biasa kena warm up 10-15min and strecthing
2) ensure set auto lap ke 1.6km (1mile)
3) Then start lari, bila lari ni kita bukan lari dari slow pace then makin laju. Tapi kita kena lari laju sampai la HR sampai MAF HR. Bila dah sampai kita control pace so that tak lajak HR
