Start lari dulu, training marathons kan? Kalau dapat lari 4-5 hari seminggu buat dalam sebulan, datang balik tanya apa pula training plan.

Maybe sebab nervous masa race.. @XRunner senior runner kata, perlu banyak masuk race event untuk overcome.
