Motivasi: untuk diri sendiri jugak..fikir kita nak fitness level yg mcmna bila dah semakin tua nnt. Contoh: diri sendiri taknak buat PB. Sekadar lari biasa2 je..Kalau nak buat speedwork, go ahead. Boleh je untuk tambah 'perasa' dalam jadual larian. Yg penting diri sendiri tak sakit2 badan lepas lari...sbb kalau sakit badan, sapa nak jaga anak2 kita🤣 mak2 punya perangai gini ar...nak lari pon fikir isi2 rumah dulu👶👶...nak finish strong je.

Cmne boleh start lari: dulu muda2 heartbroken/panas baran. Nak lari dari masalah, kita lari atas jalan tar dulu😅. Now smbung lari sbb nk maintain fitness je.

Ada org lari sbb nak kurus (very common).
