Nak jump dari half marathon ke full marathon tahap kesukaran dia adalah 3 kali Half Marathon.

Marathon punya challenge adalah km 32 ke atas, kat sini ramai akan bonk sebab kekurangan fitness dan juga badan akan start bakar lemak untuk dapatkan Energy.

Marathon training wajib include strength training , kalau tak aerobic fitness kita tak akan match strength badan kita.
