Macam mana kita nak turun kat berat badan, pada masa yang sama untuk kekalkan performance larian?

Sebagai contoh, saya sekarang dalam training plan untuk HM Sub 1:45. Kalau kurangkan pengambilan carbo dari biasa, bila training tiada tenaga/kick. Tapi, dalam planning jgk untuk turunkan berat badan nak bagi ringan sikit. Huhu. Jadi, mcm mane ye coach? Mohon tips dari coach. Terima kasih.
