Long run mmberi kesan kpd saiz dan density mitochondria.

Berlaku peningkatan ke atas 2 perkara ni.

Mitochondria ibarat kilang yg hasilkan tenaga utk otot.

Lebih besar dan byk 'kilang' ni, lebih byk tenaga dihasilkan.

Dan lebih efisyen fat digunakan sebagai tenaga.
