Long run membantu meningkatkan jumlah kapilari darah ke otot.

Lagi banyak jalan untuk darah pergi ke otot lagi mudah otot menerima oksigen.

Macam post sebelum ini, darah sudah bawa oksigen banyak, jadi dengan pertambahan kapilari ni supply oksigen ke otot lebih banyak.

More oksigen more energy.
