Long run mnguatkan otot jenis intermediate n fast twitch.

Majority otot yg diguna masa lari ialah jenis slow twitch.

Makin lama lari makin penat otot ni, bila jd mcm ni bdn rekruit 2 lagi yg selalunye diguna masa sprinting.

Ini sekaligus mnguatkan otot2 ni mmbantu last kick.
