Bagaimana melakukan long run?

Kebanyakan panduan meletakkan 90 minit sebagai masa minimum utk long run.

Jadi runner perlu spend masa berlari selama itu utk dptkan benefits dlm run ni.

Permulaan long run utk semua dipanggil LONG SLOW DISTANCE, iaitu lari pada pace yg sgt easy.
