Apa yang beginner perlu faham dengan distance running adalah ianya perlukan aerobic capacity yang tinggi sebelum boleh lari laju untuk tempoh yang lama. Untuk bina aerobic base you HAVE to run slow makin tinggi pyramid, makin laju pace kena lari. Kena bina pyramid ni dari bawah.
