Salam, saya first time register FM. Nervous? Semestinya. Takut pun ya juga. Bagi saya, sementara umur masih muda lagi ni, tak salah untuk cuba. Paling penting kena commit dengan training. So saya harap semua yang otai otai dunia FM ni boleh share running tips/minimum mileage yang kena achieve sebulan untuk seorang beginner. Terima kasih.
