Alah bisa tegal biasa. Itulah peribahasa yang sesuai. Jujurnya even bagi saya pun MAF ni agak mental, especially bila body dah dalam keadaan detraining & bukan pada peak. Tengok pace versus HR memang sedih haha. Tapi itulah, nak taknak kena terima hakikat fitness semasa tu, bila terima seadanya maka mental pun bersedia dengan apa yang akan jadi. Dia bukan untuk MAF je, generally for easy runs. Tahira & Esther pun ada kata dalam video dorang - to build aerobic base, to run fast, kena build that aerobic first by doing easy runs or run slow. So kekalkan nasihat dorang dalam minda, saya yakin mental tu sendiri akan diasah. Melatih kekuatan mental juga adalah sebahagian daripada training. Ini juga boleh di 'apply' walaupun kita run for health.
