Wsalam, saya ada baca bab ni, agak tricky juga bila nak train for performance & at the same time nak turun berat. Salah satu sebab bila nak train for performance ni, intake carbs & protein kena cukup kalau tak mmg lemau nak execute task macam long and hard run & boleh ganggu recovery. Plus takut bila berat turun tu, yang drop banyak otot bukan lemak, lagi haru huhu.

Tapi benda ni possible je, satu cara - on easy days & off days boleh amalkan calories deficit. Hari yang ada hard run kita makan extra sikit. Saya buat macam ni masa training untuk FM, alhamdulillah ada penurunan 1-2kg. Satu lagi nak kekalkan otot tu, kena ada strength/weight training sikit dan protein intake tu usually saya akan lebihkan.
