Ini contoh jadual, kita adjust frequency dan duration ikut masa dan tahap kita, but in running, the more you do the efficient you become.

Jika berlari MAF, mileage minggu sama je, tidak membantu meningkatkan prestasi, tapi hasilnya mungkin lambat (ambil masa) dan menyebabkan kita jadi demotivated (body plateau).

Jadi, tingkatkan/naikkan mileage dari minggu ke minggu by 10%-20%. Jika minggu pertama 40km, maka minggu seterusnya 44km.
